Time keeps passing. You're caught between where you are and who you want to be.
Maybe your current path isn't what you'd hoped it would be. Maybe you've been apprehensive to commit fully to changing it — "what if it's the wrong choice?" Maybe you keep waiting for the right moment, while the distance between where you are and where you want to be feels further away than ever.
Maybe you...
- Wake up already feeling behind, go to bed having not done what you'd planned, and repeat
- Spend enormous amounts of energy deciding where to put your limited time, worn down by constant guilt
- Push aside what matters when other demands show up
- Downplay what you care about because admitting how much it matters to you feels too vulnerable
This is especially true for creative people in conventional careers — and anyone living between who they are now and who they want to be.
If that sounds familiar, this is for you.

What I Bring
I bring compassion and curiosity. I've been where you are — in a position that looked right on paper, but knowing I wanted something different. Feeling too anxious to make the change.
For years, I've composed music for major UK TV shows (My Music Work) while working full-time professional roles. I've taught and mentored students through creative blocks. I've project-managed teams, led operations and coached people through career transitions as an Employment & Skills Coach.
This often meant introducing myself as one thing, while knowing I was something else entirely. Feeling guilty about resenting a secure job. Calling my creative work a "hobby" in certain situations, when I knew it was so much more. Giving my best energy to work that didn't fulfil me. Then trying to work on creative projects with whatever energy was left, after a long day.

Why I Do This
I do this work because I've craved this kind of support throughout my own career development and when I have found it, it has helped me overcome the challenges I was facing at the time. I found value in having someone there who understood my ambitions, the tensions I was feeling. Who didn't sell a quick-fix formula and would help me navigate without losing myself.
What I offer isn't a course. It's one-to-one support for people who are tired of waiting and trying to figure it out alone.

Frequently Asked Questions
What actually happens in a coaching session?
We have a conversation about what's going on in your life. I'll ask questions that help you see patterns you can't spot on your own, we'll explore what's actually blocking you, and we'll work together to identify practical next steps. Sessions are collaborative - not me telling you what to do, but us figuring out what works for you.
Do you offer payment plans?
For the Foundation and Sustained Support packages, we can discuss splitting payments if that makes it more manageable. We’ll discuss this during your initial call and we'll figure out what works.
What if I don't have time for coaching on top of everything else?
If you don't have time to stop and figure out what's actually keeping you stuck, you'll keep spending your limited time and energy the same way - exhausted, guilty, and frustrated. Coaching sessions are an investment of 1-2 hours every couple of weeks. The question is whether that's worth finally getting unstuck.
Do you offer one-to-one coaching or group sessions?
All my coaching sessions are one-to-one and personalised to you. Sessions are online via video call, so you can join from wherever is comfortable and private for you.
Do you only work with creative-professionals?
I work with anyone navigating the tension between what pays the bills and what truly matters to them - whether that's creative work, a career change, or simply finding purpose and energy in their life again. If you recognise yourself in the descriptions on this site, you're in the right place.
How is this different from therapy?
Therapy typically focuses on healing past experiences and processing trauma. Coaching focuses on where you are now and where you want to go - addressing the beliefs, structures, and practical barriers keeping you stuck. If you're dealing with significant mental health challenges, therapy might be more appropriate. Coaching works best when you're ready to move forwards but need support, clarity, and accountability to do it.
